As a delivery partner, you are responsible for ensuring timely and safe deliveries, maintaining accurate information, and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

SwiftGo is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss, except where such liability is mandated by law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

SwiftGo may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice or reason, for any reason, including for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwiftGo operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
